BEFORE WE ARRIVE

A little preparation makes the visit easier

You do not need to clean the car before we clean the car. A few minutes to gather loose belongings helps us get straight to the crumbs, spills, and everyday mess.

Make the work accessible

Remove valuables and loose belongings from the cabin and cargo area. Let us know about gates, shared or restricted parking, and anything that could affect access to your vehicle. Our technician removes child car seats for cleaning, following the manufacturer’s instructions. You are responsible for correctly reinstalling them. Allow at least 10–15 feet of working space beside your vehicle.

Point out concerns

Tell us about existing damage, previous treatments, strong odors, pet accidents and delicate materials. Photos can help explain your vehicle’s condition. Keep children and pets clear of the work area.

We review the scope together

On arrival, we evaluate your vehicle. If more work is needed, you see the proposed price before approving it. Your deposit is credited toward the final approved total. The remaining balance is due immediately after the job is completed.

Plan for drying

Freshly cleaned seats and carpets may need time to dry. Follow the care and ventilation instructions given for your vehicle. We do not promise a universal dry time.
